Deep Tissue Massage
An invigorating massage using firm and deep pressure to release built up toxins, excellent for those with tight muscles. Advice on exercise can be given in order to release tight muscles between treatments and to prevent further problems. (This is not a massage for specific injuries, though it may help prevent injuries if performed regularly).

Swedish Massage
Tissues are manipulated using firm pressure and a fast rhythm of movement allowing tired aching muscles to be stimulated. This massage is not used to specifically remove knots, however by simply working the muscles knots may break down. A blend of essential oils will leave you feeling uplifted and refreshed.

Relaxation Massage
A blend of essential oils with relaxing and calming properties are used. This soothing massage relieves tired, aching muscles and calms the mind. A massage that allows you to leave all your troubles behind.

Moisturising massage
Paraffin Wax is used on dry areas of skin with a revitalising moisturiser beneath it. This allows moisture to really penetrate the skin. The warm feeling of the wax allows you to feel completely at ease and warms tissues allowing a deeper massage once the wax has been removed. Once the wax has been removed either a Relaxing, Swedish or Deep Tissue massage is given depending on your choice. £37.50 for 1hour

Indian Head Massage
This massage works on the head, neck and shoulders. This massage creates a sense of calmness and tranquillity and also improves concentration and alertness and so is excellent as a form of stress management. Another advantage is that the treatment can be given to a pregnant woman without causing any discomfort. This is an ideal massage for first timers as it can be given over clothing or using oils. Aromatherapy Massage

Shoulder, face, scalp and neck massage

NAIL CARE

Priadara Hand Therapy Manicure £20.50
A champagne fizz hand bath starts to make the hands feel soft and silky. This is followed by nail shaping and cuticle work before the real luxury begins. A natural rice bran and essential oil polish is used to exfoliate and then cuticles are treated and hydrated. A mask is then applied to the hands after which a luxurious hand and arm massage is given using an intensive hand cream. This treatment will leave your hands looking younger and brighter and feeling fabulous.

A tingling spray starts this treatment and then the feet are soaked in a champagne fizz bath. A glistening salt and essential oil polish is massaged into the feet and followed by the cuticles being treated and hydrated, a revitalising mask is applied and to finish the treatment, a sensational massage is given with an intensive foot cream to leave your feet looking and feeling fantastic.

This treatment starts with an oriental body scrub containing sea salt and a blend of stimulating and invigorating essential oils and added moisturising vitamin E and rich soybean. This scrub is followed by a light creamy non setting mask that detoxifies the mind, body and soul. This mask helps eliminate toxins and is effective over muscular aches and pains or to generally refresh and stimulate circulation improving skin condition and surface texture.
