Leisure Centre - indulge yourself in the facilities of our newly refitted leisure centre, which has many of the attractions of a modern health spa. With a tropically heated indoor pool, heated to over 85 degrees and open every day of the year till 10pm, we also have a Jacuzzi, sauna, showers, changing rooms, beauty treatment room and gymnasium. Above these facilities is a residents' lounge with full size snooker table and bar facilities; the pool leads on to an open air terrace - ideal to sit and watch the world go by! Gym – the gymnasium is fitted with a wide range of professional exercise equipment, including running machine, rowing machine, cycle and cross trainer; the Gym is available daily for the over 16’s. Back to top. Extensive grounds and Gardens – Broomhill is set back almost one mile from the main road at the end of a private drive way, which offers a quiet and tranquil setting. The gardens with their beautiful hanging baskets, rose gardens and flower beds are maintained by two gardeners. There are plenty of seating areas for you to sit and enjoy a good book and take in your surroundings! The lower gardens also feature a water garden with large fish ponds and many old and rare trees – a Tulip tree and Handkerchief tree to name but two!
