Bookings - Telephone reservations are accepted and held for five days pending receipt of a deposit of 35% of the cottage rental. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Cheques - Should be made payable to Broomhill Manor Country Estate Ltd.

Arrivals and Departures - Bookings are from 4.00pm on the day of arrival until 10.00am on the day of departure.

Hirer's Responsibilities - The hirer is responsible for the property and is expected to take all reasonable care of it. The hirer undertakes to leave the cottage, furniture and equipment clean and tidy at the end of the hire period.

Damage - All damage and breakages are the legal responsibility of the hirer and should be made known to the owners.

Cancellations - In the event of a cancellation, we will endeavour to re-let the cottage. If we re-let we will refund monies paid less a small administrative charge. If we are unable to re-let the hirer is legally responsible for the balance in full.

Number of Guests - The number of guests (excluding cots) is clearly stated in the Tariff. Extra guests cannot be accommodated.

Liability - Whilst every effort is made to ensure the safety of guests, the cottages and facilities at Broomhill are used entirely at guest own risk. No responsibility is accepted for loss of or damage to guests own property.

VAT - Is included at the current rate. Should this be altered between now and your holiday, an adjustment will be made.

We Reserve - The right to decline accommodation and to demand the immediate withdrawal of any persons behaving in a manner detrimental to the property or the comfort of other guests.

In the Event - That we are unable to provide the cottage as stated, liability is restricted to the return of all monies paid.

Pets - In view of the proximity of horses and farm animals we only allow a small number of well behaved dogs by prior arrangement. When permitted, the charge for dogs is £25 per dog, per week or part of a week.
