One of three cottages in the Well Courtyard, once part of the original stable block. The cottage is all on one level and opens onto a small secluded and safe courtyard at the front; a door opens from the lounge area onto a private garden with hot tub which is a welcome addition all year round!

The enclosed garden is ideal for families with small children and has a table, seating and Australian gas BBQ for your exclusive use. All on one level, there is an open plan room with lounge area and dining/ kitchen with ‘Shaker’ style fitted kitchen with dishwasher.

Kingfisher has a fully tiled bathroom with combined bath/ power shower and two bedrooms, one double and one twin with room for cot . It is suitable for up to four adults and a baby and is fully centrally heated. Sorry, no dogs.
