The cottage is all on one level and opens onto a small secluded and safe courtyard at the front; a large patio door opens from the dining room onto a private garden with hot tub which is a welcome addition all year round!

The enclosed garden is ideal for families with small children and has a table, seating and Australian gas BBQ for your exclusive use. All on one level, there is a lounge, separate dining room and fully fitted Shaker style kitchen with dishwasher.

Cormorant Cottage has a fully tiled bathroom with combined bath/ power shower and three bedrooms; one double with king size bed, one twin with room for a cot, and a third small bedroom with bunks. It is suitable for up to four adults and two children and is fully centrally heated.
