“Had a wonderful time here at Broomhill Manor, with the warm welcome and our visits to this outstandingly beautiful part of the UK, a great week! We thoroughly enjoyed every minute and clearly the dogs did too!! Highly recommended and we will be returning for sure.”

“We’ve had a great time here in spite of the weather, making good use of your tip-top on-site facilities. Only sorry it was too stormy to use the tidal pool in Bude. Carla says she likes the doggy cushion very much and all the pubs she’s been welcomed in, and running round on the sea-front on top of the cliffs. We’ll be back!”

“What a wonderful stay we had – a superb family holiday with our daughter and family staying in nearby Woodlark. We appreciated the cream tea on our arrival and the immmaculate cottage so well equipped. The grounds are delightful and we came the right week with sunny weather and flowers and shrubs and trees beginning to burst into bloom. What great memories we have and hope to return one day.”

“I have spent 4 days here, solo to rest and recuperate. It’s been a wonderful break and I have been so comfortable and cosy at Fulmar. It has all you need and a very comfy bed. The facilities have been excellent and the owners extremely attentive and kind. Thank You!”

“Leaving Fulmar Cottage today after our 2nd break this year at Broomhill. Wonderful week – weather great, facilities fabulous as last time. Thanks Alan, Linda and Toby. Wonderful recommendation to go to Nortcott Mouth beach – tide out, wonderful for dogs and great character Margaret Frost who runs the tea garden. Will definitely have to come back particularly as failed personal challenge of getting into the Sea Pool at Summerleaze Beach – good excuse for third holiday this year 🙂 “

“This is our first time at Broomhill Manor and I am sure that it will not be our last. The cottage is absolutely lovely, a real home from home. The complimentary scones and cream were a very welcome surprise and Dexter the Labrador was very excited by the dog biscuits! The cottage was lovely and clean and had all of the amenities we could want and more.

The site itself is lovely and we have made good use of the pool, games room, tennis court and bar. Thank you Alan and Linda for a wonderful few days. I hope we can come back again soon.”

“This is our third time at Broomhill but first in Seagull. No hot tub, but close to the pool and has everything we could possibly need. This weekend was the Bude for Food festival so even more going on in the little town than normal. Loads of cooking and kids sessions in the day and entertainment in the evenings. Friday was a comedy night and Shappi Korsandi was on and the Saturday was live music, great fun!We have all loved our stay at Broomhill.  We had a massage with Hazel at Broomhill which was amazing – really relaxing and reasonably priced. Favourite restaurants – Bay View Inn, Elements and the Tree Inn, and the Widemouth Bay Café for breakfast. Recommend Raven Surf School  – friendly and fun instructors who know their stuff! Thanks Alan and Linda for a great long weekend and we will definitely be back in the New Year!

“We’ve had a lovely week here at Broomhill Manor for the second year.  The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.  We particularly enjoyed the archery, Zena was a good teacher and we felt we were improving.  The girls had a riding lesson at the stables and although Daisy was good, Tiffin only had a brake and an accelerator!  We made use of both pools and the games room.

We had a taster session with Free Wave Surfing at Widemouth Bay, it was great fun but totally exhausting.  The cottage is ideal for Blaze, the greyhound, as he doesn’t have far to go for his walks along the lane!”

“Our second time here at Broomhill (first at Xmas in the Round House). Sandpiper has been a fantastic “home” this week; our two boys (13 & 7) and Elsa, our chocolate Labrador, have loved it!”
