Several of the cottages work well together if you are holidaying with extended family and friends.  By carefully choosing two or three co-located cottages, you get the benefit of your own space whilst still being close enough to enjoy the holiday as a family group!

Woodlark/ Sandpiper – these two cottages are adjoining and each has the benefit of a private garden with hot tub and BBQ.  Together they will accommodate up to 11 adults and 2 infants, but please note that these cottages each have a set of large bunk beds which may be more suitable for the more agile!  These cottages are also dog friendly and work really well for a group of 5 adults, 4 children and the odd dog or two!

Cormorant/ House – these two cottages together accommodate up to 11 people and 2 infants (maximum 9 adults). Both cottages have direct access to the main lawn at the front of the Manor House and therefore have easy access between them.  Cormorant is a good focal point for family socialising, having a separate dining room which opens onto a private garden where there is a hot tub, BBQ and outside seating/dining area.

Nightingale/ Puffin/ Chough – these cottages work well together, Puffin and Chough having close access to Nightingale’s garden.  Together they will sleep 16 people (maximum 10 adults) and 3 infants.  Nightingale makes a good focal point for the family, having a private garden with hot tub and BBQ with outside dining/ seating area.

Heron/ Kittiwake/ Woodpecker – located in a row, together these cottages can accommodate up to 16 people plus 2 infants, (maximum 10 adults).  Heron has a large living room which is a suitable focal point, although the dining facilities will seat a maximum of 8 adults at the main dining table.  Please contact us if you have particular dining requirements – we can often come up with a solution!

Plus 2!

Swallow – as our only one-bedroomed cottage, Swallow works particularly well with any of the above combinations for Grandparents who are holidaying with their family but who prefer to have their own space for refuge should the grandkids become a bit too excitable!  Swallow also has the benefit of being on a single level with easy access to an adjacent car parking area and is dog friendly.
